2006 Rav4 says it has completed a DPF manual regeneration as soon as I click OK. It cannot have done it in the blink of an eye so clearly it has not happened. Any idea what is going wrong? The engine is up to temperature and is running, as prompted.
I also tried the two other regeneration options, holding the rpm at the correct level but these did the same thing.
It was during a road test so the exhaust was easily hot enough.
